More About Frank
Frank Oliveri
My name is Frank J. Oliveri, and I am honored to call Winchester and Highland Lake my home.
My late wife fell in love with the lake from the very first time we visited. Though she passed before we could settle here together, I chose to honor her dream by following through with our plan and becoming a full-time resident. Today, I live on Highland Lake, proud to continue what she envisioned for us.

More Information
I am a United States Army veteran and a graduate of Aviation High School, the Academy of Aeronautics (Associate of Applied Science), and New York University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics in 1970. Professionally, I worked with Grumman Aerospace Corporation and later served more than three decades with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, retiring as Deputy Director of Water, Sewer, and Waste Water Operations in 2002.
Beyond my professional career, I have been deeply active in community service. I am a Past Commander of the American Legion Williston Post 144 (2009–2010, 2012–2013), a past President of the Williston Park Rotary Club (2016–2017), and an active member of the Williston Park Chamber of Commerce (2005–2017).
I am running for the Board of Education because I believe in strong schools, transparent leadership, and decision-making that reflects the values of our community while following State law. My career in public service, military discipline, and community involvement has prepared me to listen, lead, and serve the families of Winchester with dedication.
