Joseph Santoro is a proud lifelong resident of Winchester who has experienced firsthand the strength and value of our public schools. A graduate of Winchester’s K–12 system, he is now stepping forward to give back to the community that shaped him.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and brings a strong background in leadership, service, and community development. As an Eagle Scout, Joseph exemplifies commitment, integrity, and perseverance — values he will bring to the school board every day.
Joseph has also served on the Winchester Economic Committee, where he worked to promote smart growth and fiscal responsibility for the town. His experience there gives him a unique perspective on how to align school needs with community priorities.
With deep roots in the town and a strong commitment to education, Joseph Santoro is ready to advocate for students, support teachers, and ensure every Winchester child has the opportunity to succeed.
